Terrible Experience – Overpriced & Misleading!My stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was a complete disaster. The hotel charges 5-star prices but provides 2-star service and amenities. The experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Downgraded Without Consent!I had booked a Premium Balcony Room two months in advance, but upon arrival, they downgraded me to a Normal Deluxe Room without a balcony, still charging me the same price as the premium room. The rooms were quite small, but they were top notch in terms of comfort and amenities. Now as for the service and food they were quite disappointing. The intercom wasn't working in the room so I had to call them via phone and my phone was barely picked up by the reception. It feels quite bad to go down to the reception everytime just to communicate a little. The food was quite bland and tasteless, with the prices being so high I expected it to be quite good. Room was different as was shown from pics. Excuse was that, not available. They should have different categories for valley facing and back side room. Though reception experience was fine but room was pathetic. TV was not working.

one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Hotel staff very helpful, caring. Food is so delicious n healthy. Undoubtedly, the best hotel in Darjeeling. Parking might be the issue, but still best.
