not at all value for money...very disappointed with the amenities service food quality...charged rs. 4500+
still there was no room service...no toothpaste and toothbrush...no handwash...ac temperature was fixed and couldn't change the temperature... horrible experience with this ridiculously overpriced hotel mudrabeach

1.very poor service by staff .. 2.continuous light issue..No light and load for AC.. although backup was working and fans were working..
3.the outside of the room was full of spider nets and it seems No one is cleaning it..limited staff..
4.no net for Windows so could not keep it open as honey bees and mosquito could have come in room.
5.The biggest problem was no wifi range..though router was kept outside room there was no wifi speed at all..
6. no intercom has to go outside of room and call on mobile for any service..

Location of the resort is good. Working of AC, TV and geyser is also fine. The only concern is the room size. The room size is too small.

- we stayed 3 days but not a single day Room service aa done
- wash basin tap and toilet flush jet spray was not working
- TV was not working
- Given only one towel for 3 days

The resort is near the beach. The food quality was good but they took more time to prepare and they also did not respond to your queries . I was given my dinner food order at 7 PM for dinner time of 8:30 and I got food at 9:30.
Also at the time of booking they mention they have television in the room, however the connection of DTH is not active and the caretaker responds that the issue is for all resorts. Also the bed was not comfortable for sleep.

Great location, friendly staff. Just 5 mins from the beach on the north side so less crowded. Food is ok, you can get better food at other places. WiFi is available outside the rooms and drops frequently. Otherwise great place to stay

mentioned basic amenities were missing
1) telephone was missing
2) no wifi network
3) no indoor games
4) parking crunch
5) breakfast was not justifing the cost
overall resort exp was not justifying the cost
this time i very dis appointed and it was very expensive
spa facility was mentioned but not available
