I am not sure. how they can do it but they are doing it and whatever they are doing it's really-2 bad. just sharing a few experiences of mine; No rooms were available at the time of check-in, they provided us the room used by their servent and it has their items in pictures too. so you can check by yourself. They gave us a toilet and they didn't flush. The entire room had the smell of cigrate and pan masala. I know there's no point mentioning all other points. but if it helps anyone, that will be good 👍
