the receptionist was friendly and sweet but the rooms were not even cleaned, we did told him to clean the room but for the past 3 days it was dirty...and even the F&b manager there is so rude with us.

Food quality and tasty has improved greatly from last stay, washroom could be cleaner in the Suite room.
Road not suitable for 4wheelers/physically disabled, but after you reach it is very spacious.

The whole stay experience from check in till check out was top notch, the host is soo generous in all ways. The vibe is 11/10 no doubt.
