Disappointing stay at Nahar Rereat and Spa which bills itself as a resort. Here's a breakdown of the issues:
* Overpriced Resort Experience: The price tag suggested a luxurious escape, but the reality was more like a standard hotel stay.
* Disappointing View: Our room offered a view of the parking lot, definitely not the scenic getaway we were expecting from a resort.

I would not recommend this stay to anyone. Very exuberantly priced for nothing, no facilities at the resort, everything under renovation. Except complimentary breakfast, food is pathetic with highly priced. Just imagine a small glass of milk with 2 sugar sachets is priced at Rs.75/-. Also they have a policy that says outside food is not allowed in the property just to loot money from people forcing them to buy food at the property. No security at the gate to guide for parking, very congested parking space as well. Overall a negative from my side.

There is no enough staffs in the lobby area, only three persons were available both in lobby and restaurant area, there is inadequate in room service and they are rigid, furthermore during check in and checkout no one is available to collect the luggage, only guests has to carry from the vehicle to their room and same thing during checkout, that apart restaurant is closed sharply at 09,00pm n not enough breakfast in morning

Hotel is located in a less crowded place and close by Tea estates. Quite spacious and very well designed. Has a Lawn, ample car parking space and restaurant. Hot water is available between 6 to 9am and they turn it on if you request anytime. Food is costly and the taste not worth it's cost.
There are three types of rooms, all of them are more or less same space but with varying facility like garden view, Bath tub and so on.

Good place, cleanly maintained and pleasant staff. Food is good. Location is easy to access and has a good views in almost all rooms.
