Avoid This Resort
We had a terrible experience with this resort in Igatpuri. The location was quite far making the journey tedious and time consuming upon arrival, we didn't even enter because it looked like a haunted house! The entrance was dark, and there was no lighting, giving it an eerie vibe. To make matters worse, there was no staff around to assist us.
It felt like a complete waste of money. I tried to get a refund, but I never received it back. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options elsewhere!

The stay was great, must visit place for everyone! Staff is good. Just that it takes time to reach the destination from outskirts so buy your own stuff accordingly. Food is expensive. But overall very beautiful place❤️

Horrible Experience they mention the amenities but they dont provide ... the service is horrible .... bad experience since ever for first time .... Food taste was not much good... i dont recommend this ... everything we need to ask them ...

Their was no any manager present he was very arugant he gave our booking to another persons which are alcoholic I ask him about that then he talk with me very arrogantly the hotel was not maintained food quality also very very bad

Really it is in nature leap but too much renovation require, do not go from jhwar to this resort, find another route. Require maintenance.
Service is good n ok, food thikthak.
Far away from any city or village. Choose for nature experience only.

the service was worst undisciplined staff. no hygiene & cleanings was there, totally disconnected area by means of network & no wifi was there. I would not recommend to any of family members or colleagues to stay here in such tariff & excellent serviceHere are pics attached for ready reference & doing the needful.As results there was so much Cimex lectularius & I suffered with that now I consulted with the doctor it will take a weak or more
