1. Complimentary breakfast is a myth. The in-house restaurant starts only around 11 am. Before that, food is brought from elsewhere.2. The room service personnel were not conversant in the vernacular or English. This made communication very difficult.3. The toilet had a very bad lingering odour due to improper ventilation.4. Special requests made to the hotel management are either neglected or not properly taken care of.5. The staff at the reception, which is the face of any hospitality industry ...more

First time in Chenganur, no clue which hotel to chose. finally took this hotel. New building, very good ambiance, friendly staffs, enough parking facility. very designed rooms with furnitures. Please maintain the same quality forever. 100% Recommende for anyone. worth for price.
