It's a very good Hotel for family and well maintained
The staff also very good
Mainly the owner is very careful about the customers he keeps on asking for the services

Room was above average. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Value for Money (hence rated 4) if just staying for a night and exploring Amritsar.

Stayed at Neha Bhawan with family for 2 days and experience was very good. The owner Mr. Vikas was very helpful and he even picked us up from railway station on his own vehicle. He also arranged us a cab at reasonable price for sightseeing purpose. The location of hotel is good with nice connectivity to every part of Amristar. The rooms were spacious with all necessary amenties. Recommended.
Nice big rooms, helpful staff and reasonable tariff.

Need to work on cleanliness. Staff is humble. complimentary breakfast given but based on their mood, some day they give you options and other day they will say we only offer bread butter tost with tea. This is unexpected. I booked and paid for twin bed room but they gave me only one bed room, which is very weird.

Quite spacious room with cleanliness and all amenities. Staffs are so obeying and well mannered.
Host took care of every arrangements that we needed on budget.

Good staff and owner,soft spoken,provide own Activa for one hour and not charged anything.
