The location is good offers lake view and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the hot water/shower doesn’t work, the water pressure is low and water isn’t heated well so as good as taking cold shower. Also they provided no facility ie no toilet/bathroom available for our driver to freshen upSo overall not too happy.

the property is located a top hill which oversees the naukuchiatal lake.the location offers breathtaking view of the lake and the lush green mountains around . the stay was very peaceful and convenient. service was prompt and quality of food was too good. the staff was very cordial and supportive. i will recommend it to my friends and colleagues.

not worth staying here. No room heater , no water pressure in the bathroom, no hot water supply .

Property Location---------5/5 Food-----------5/5 * Truly Homemade Food Room Service ----------------5/5 * Specially the Boy Hemu who make this place worth staying. I would go there again and again. Best Cottages with great view of Lake. please go with family and friends for spend quality time in lap of nature.

A beautiful place to stay but difficult to reach by car. Thank God that it didn't rain that day. A narrow single vehicle road. My car got scratches. But views are surely beautiful. Rooms require maintenance.

Very good, little expensive compared to amenities. But the view is breathtaking. Its bit on outer side so you wont have opportunity to visit restaurants or mall road but if you want to have an isolated stay close to natural forests and enjoy peace in nature this place is for you. The room is very spacious , they provide ac fridge and oven too. Two big balconies are given each have absolutely amazing views of lake and mountains. The amenities mentioned wifi internet but the same is only available at reception & restaurant above reception. Had to work and that's why confirmed the same but no network (neither phone / wifi ) is available even at the lowest room. Not acceptable.
