Room was ok but the staff was ridiculous. At the time of check in they are customer friendly but afterwards they are not at all supportive. we booked 6 suit rooms through online and the payment paid fully.At the time of check in they had given one deluxe room instead of suit room because of shortage and also we got one room checked out before my check out date with some miscoms. The hotel people never think about the guest satisfaction they are looting money with possible ways. I have a very bad experience !!!

this is the worst ever property that i have ever stayed in. the hotel staff is highly unprofessional and very rude and they do not tend to attend guests. I was given a room that was not even safe for a family stay the ac is not working there is no hot water the bed is dirty and filthy the bathroom stings and is soo dirty that you cannot even use it. worst ever experience of staying at a hotel.
