The infra is good but maintenance is worst.
The last day i didnt even get buffet breakfast as most of the items got over by 9:30am, when asked he said. Got over. Plates not clean, tea cups not clean when asked for fresh cups also no response. And we had to find cups on our own.
We could see similar situation of other also

was average! the service and the room maintenance is not great . door lock got stuck in my room and i had to change the room. and the new room also the bathroom door lock was not working

I recently stayed at Nijaguna Residency and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite the property's potential, the overall stay was marred by unresponsive staff and poor maintenance.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff was not attentive. I had to wait an unreasonably long time just to get basic amenities like towels. When I tried to address this with the staff, they seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping.

They charged me extra money even when I had paid the whole amount before hand Rooms and toiletries are neat and clean all but not worth per night for a standard room. Breakfast was good, premises is maintained well,
