Worst chek in experience. Unpleasant and uncourteous reception staff spoiled our vacation. Mr. Vijay at reception in morning shift reluctantly gave one room as early chek in and happily sold single day buffet break fast for double rate. He did not give the second room. Key when we went out. When we reached back at 11.40 valet parking was not there. I had to park my vehicle and walk n rain. Mr. Kartik at reception at that time asked my wife n children for a second check in by not giving room. T ...more
