The rooms which are given are full of cockroaches and they are not cleaning properly. They did helped us in shifting to the other room. But, the cleanliness is not good at all.

NSR convention and Hotel is adjacent to the state highway. It is conveniently located and with ample parking space. The hotel reception and lobby are very small and receptionist requires training in receiving and interacting with Guests. Overall the room is good and wash room also decent enough. Room service bit slow but can't help as the hotel has too much of floating to their restaurant. The manager Rana Pratap is a nice guy and very helpful.

For the entire stay I didn't receive the key card and every time I need to enter the room I had to call ask the reception to open the door for me. On top of this, the front desk is not trained enough to handle customers properly. They don't have basic courtesy of respect while talking to customers. Overall bad experience at this hotel.

The hotel was decent. liked the service. location is good too. parking and food were good too. will recommend it

The hotel front office says 3 persons not allowed and its not written 2+1 extra bed. Hence we had to compromise and had to sleep 3 per bed. Also complimentary should 1 person per room but they were telling 2 per room instead of 3.

Hotel and rooms are good and location also peaceful. Food good taste complement adds further bread, milk, eggs, and any juices. they provided only idly and Dosa.
