I booked hotel 28th Jan to 30th jan my payment done for my stay. i went Bangalore on 28 th evng and iam on the way to hotel I get a call from Hotelier rooms are not available. I told him I am already booked my room and I have hotel confirmation but they didn't listen and reckless answer with me then I contact Goibibo they provided some other nice hotel.thanks for that Goibibo. but this ivy dew drops hotel very bad. worst experience with this hotel. nasty hotel...

As per the facilities mentioned tea/coffee maker is mentioned. But they could not provide tea. With great difficulty, after interaction with ****, they could only provide herbal tea, not a regular tea

Good Hotel, well maintained, neat and clean. Location is OK. Worst quality of tasteless food. Language issue with the Room Service staff, they dont even know Hindi properly. Food cost is not as per standard.

It's Newly constructed Hotel, all the Amenities are Gud. worthy for the money. It's take 20min by walk to reach hotel from Hennagara Gate. Hospitality is not good.

Really a fantastic experience.. Very good hotel. At very reasonable price. The rooms quality are very very very good. the food is very very tasty.. I really appreciate the front office team and f & b production team.. I forgot the the name of front office and production team.. Special thanks to gm sukanya..
