Worst, when I booked the hotel, it was clearly mentioned that BF is complimentary, but hotel refused it saying we have informed the site so many times to remove that.
Fraud service offered by Goibibo. Customer should not trust them. I won't recommend anyone to go and stay there.

I booked this hotel but on arrival desk officer told me we only entertain bookings by oyo and was not letting me check in even after showing voucher After arguments of almost 30 min he gave a room which was worst ever and said if you want better room you need to pay 900 rs extra. Really disaapointed.

Extra charges were taken by me during checkin,Third class room was provided intstead of actual room The staff was not friendly The room, Bed,Blanket, Pillow was stinking .Even the AC and TV was not working properly. Very bad experience.
