Unclean and smelly rooms. improper curtains and hand jets not functioning well. The hotel manager initially denied our stay itself.

Room is not good When there was a smell of dampness entered in the room, the manager said that I have to change in the evening, I was late, could not change the room due to fatigue. tv and ac is not working in room. overall bad experience. pillow is very dirty. bed backsides is very dirty. room is third floor. early morning water is not available bathing and toilet. and asked to manager then provide manager. so I expected room is not suitable for me.
