this time the first room given 101 was so dirty and there were huge houseflies behind the current around 15 of them. the second room was okay but water leaking in the bathroom

I don't understand the meaning of confirmation. I have already paid for room 1600 . got confirmation from your side. and after coming for check-in they are saying your 700 amount is pending. if it is so then you should let know the customer about this before.

The hotel is good, warm/ hot water facility is available. Be sure to confirm if you pay for complimentary Dinner and lunches because regardless of your payment, they decide according to the booking price.

we stayed here as a overnight halt. its a decent hotel located right next to Mumbai - Nashik highway near bhiwandi. Room was comfortable for 3 people and the in house restaurant food was good. I am cutting 1 star because our room floor was a bit dusty when we entered and we had to request management to get it cleaned. it should have done earlier. overall its a decent hotel for short stays.
