Horrible experienceI booked one classic roomWhen i reached hotel the guy tell me that this classic room is sharing room and you have to share with 4 other guys which i did not understand as it was not mentioned in Goibibo app. Then he suggested me that if you want separate room then it will costs Rs 1300/- and the earlier booking will be cancelled by him and i will get refund of that earlier classic room. Very worst experience. They asked to do payment by online, I did it & when I reach hotel, person doesn't entertain us also used bad words, miss behaviour with us. Also hotelanahe is very dangerous and doesn't have manners how to talk with people specially with ladies.

the manager behavior is not good, he is very clever minded person, i booked the room and he denied to accept the booking and said we don't accept this bcz of low prize of room, so in new city i was unaware about the location n all so i took 3 room by cash each room for he charged and he said don't cancel the booking. i will inform them about this and they will refund the amount but that's not true when i spoke with customer care then got to know he didn't register any complain and he wants booki ...more

The guy at reception was denying the booking, although it was paid! and was asking for money to pay again. Very adamant & rude behavior, wasted our time during check-in, till we called. The room was okay, acc to rates. but the staff is very bad! I would not recommend this place.
