thay took extra 500 before check in, and rooms are so dirty . no bathroom water , no towel provided, ac didn't work

While my overall experience was quite satisfactory and I found most aspects to be well-managed, I was disappointed to find that there was an additional charge for water, which was not mentioned beforehand. This lack of transparency was unexpected and somewhat frustrating, as such details are important for customers to know in advance while making their booking or placing an order. Worst hotel, they ask extra amount while check-in, else they do not provide you with a room.
Else they ask us to cancel or speak with customer care.
Further this area has network issue, basic amenities like water and TV is not there in room.
