I had the worst experience at Townhouse 828 Hotel Stay Fine in Jaipur. The staff's behavior was appalling, and the service was abysmal. I strongly advise against staying there. Even if they offer a free stay, it's not worth it. This place and its staff deserve the lowest rating possible. Avoid it at all costs.

Hotel denied checkin as they don't see any payment in their tab provide in sms hotel number its oyo number i called them they talk to hotel reception but due to technical prob of hotel desk says without payment we don't gv checkin and again oyo they don't gv resolution hotel ask 1200 to me to gv check in so i have pay 1200 to hotel and get checkin these is horrible.

very bad reception service. Please dont stick to cheap tactics inorder to get traction. If you dont accept booking through then remove your listing through this platform. Also have the decency to pick up the call.
