pathetic experience, never ever book this OYO property they need to change their staff. I don't recommend this hotel at all although the MD is quite nice he answered my call at 11 and after the call the staff sorted the issue in fear.The receptionist was very rude he doesn't know how to handle customers. They gave bed sheets as kambal and asked me to take myself everything from water to bed sheet.
