I was book for the family room.I got the worst experience in this hotel.For early check-in but room not good. not having TV, broken cupboard,AC not working.I requested them to change room they give me room that room also no clean,TV display was damaged condition,water heater not working,no remote for air conditioner. Again I asked finally they provide room in this room also they didn't recharge TV setoff box,but remaining things are good. Insted of 12 noon I got room at 4 pm.I requested to everyone don't book this hotel. Very very worst experience.

Feel like cheated as we entered we where told their is no booking for u then after showing them booking id they allowed after half hour then their was no handle on my room then they change the room. asked for towel they only have one. no soap in wash room all small insects in the room tobacco spitting in room blanket with hole asked to change them they did. we only have this tv was not operating asked them till 3 days they where just recharging it but till last they have not recharged. toilets ...more

The hotel rooms are quite big But the service is so poor The doors of washrooms are unable to get locked. Also the staff just change the side of bedsheets if you ask to change it. Tv isnt working just like the fridge which was out of service Dont expect too much.
