linen was not cleaned. it had hair and stains on the bedsheet. they don't even bother to change.breakfast was included in the booking but they haven't provided and mentioned they don't provide breakfast.even the hotel location is different from the description mentioned.even the intercom was not working

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel, as it failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. The room was filthy, with a dirty and full of mosquito, cockroach torn bedsheet that made it uncomfortable to rest. The washroom was in an unacceptable condition, lacking proper cleanliness. First the given hotel address was different one compared to location. The hotel manager was not co-operative.Being new there he didn't guide us.Didnt speak properly.He didn't check in before half-hour.First day's experience was very very bad.Never trust

Hotel staying is here is not worth, as per website breakfast is available but after reaching hotel they are telling that breakfast is not available.
Staff response is not so good.
Rooms are horrible 😔 .. they are not maintaining rooms neatly.. washrooms are not good. not recommended to the families!!

1.Rooms are only for two guests.We are giving payment for 3 persons however there is neither space in room nor bed size for 3 members.Picture is attached for room conditions & bed size.2. Hotel does not provide any breakfast,lunch or dinner however taking charges on complimentary breakfast & other meals charges also as on applicability. 3.Service charges are applicable but there is no service which will be provied to you.Cockroaches are moving here & there.
