This is the worst experience I had in my life all I have paid the room rent and after visiting the hotel they are not ready to allocate the room for the price which I paid and asked to cancel that booking and book the same in there lodge directly for double price, don't book any oyo rooms never do that mistake.

After I had booked the room, the receptionist told me to pay extra Rs. 800/-. The matter was resolved after I called customer care, but by then it had already wasted my two hours. So if u r booking this hotel then be ready to either pay extra sum as demanded by the receptionist or waste your time in calling customer care. Receptionist was rude too.
