the room was smelly when we entered, but when i opened the windows and the hotel staff sprayed perfume, it was okay! the room needs thorough cleaning, including washroom! hotel staff were polite and helpful!

Rooms are not well maintained. We were given a room with a washroom which had a broken toilet seat. Staff was supportive when we asked them to shift us to a better room. They did shift us to another room but there the flush was not working. Sheets were also smelly and dirty. The property has potential to be a good place to stay if well maintained. Definitely not worthy of the amount paid.
