I had no complaints with the services, but the room quality was not good. The money that we have paid was not at all worth. The washroom was not that standard that we expected. However the staff behavior was good. The location of the property is 17 to 18 kms away from the main Pondicherry city.

The hospitality and the staff behavior was top-notch. Great hotel with incredible facility. Loved the location of the property. All in all satisfied with my stay in this property.

The environment within the hotel premises was not okay & not safe for girls. There was no reception; no staff also to give proper services; amenities were not working in the room. Mostly bachelors goes there; it can be recommend to them.
