    Worst hotel. It was some other hotel in the name of Opal Club. No telecom connection and insects were in bathroom and dirty room. Request for everyone never book this hotel.

    when I reached the place, there's no board of opal club, and also it's a cambay sapphire hotel which is name here opal club. Now the main point is hotel is worst ever, lobby with dust and not clean, no hot water, no towels in room, everything you need you have to ask at counter, no phone in room.

    The worst and most ...hotel staff you'll ever come across. During the time of check-in the room was not cleaned and later on when they said they'll get it clean, their staff rudely denied to do it. Secondly no one will answer your call on reception and room service bcz no one knows that anybody is staying in their hotel. Moreover dont try to dial the numbers given in the room as they are not real. They've provided fake numbers in the room where you can keep calling and wait for them to answer. ...more
