Not worth for money. Booked a delux AC room for 1950/- but it looks like a lodge room for 500/-. Bedsheet was torn and not cleaned, towels are too old. Bed was not cleaned properly. Not recommended

i want to give pai residency overall 3 stars. i have deducted the two stars only because of the quality of the room. the bathroom was not in good condition. the toilet stained and the shower was showering sideways. they didn't have cutlery when i asked them for. the only 3 stars are for the staff and the parking. very safe underground parking and the staff are also also very well behaved and kind. just the rooms need a lot more improvement.

as i booked the room in pai residency..when i reached the hotel... the hotel counter person was delayed very much to give me the room keys...he was checking the availability of room and holding me for very long time and when i asked him again to do early...again he give excuses, that the room was not clean, but after waiting long time when i got the room...that room was not so clean, the room floor was dirty and feeling like dusty and the bed sheet was not changed, it was just keep as old dirty ...more

the room was full with mosquitoes, the bed sheets were dirty, the pillows were utterly uncomfortable.very bad experience overall. never coming back to this place

I had a wonderful experience with Pai Residency and its staff. They were incredibly helpful and even allowed us to check in 4 hours before the scheduled time. We checked in at 7:00 AM on November 9 and checked out at 10:00 AM on November 10. After checking out, we spent the day sightseeing around Hampi. Despite having checked out, the staff kindly stored our luggage at no extra cost, making our day of exploring much easier. The hotel is located just beside the bus stand... Where you can get autos or buses to hampi.. Also veg non veg both restaurants are nearby.. The hotel was neat and clean

the room was spacious, there are pillars here and there, but overall the place was nice. the hotel is quiet, surrounded by restaurants, atm, shops, so walking around, getting a ride, all very easy. highly recommended
