we stayed here for 2 day.resort is ok, staff is nice, but improvement is needed.they give us thing when we demand...like kettle , but they had given as soon as called.some basic things were missing like intercom ( they have mobile number).construction work and workers sound disturb at night as they were preperation for wedding and 31st december decoration.but staff were nice.amenities and food need to be increase with increasing size of resort.any way had nice stay.but wanted to be fully satisfied with the money paid

it was a very horrible experience. flush was not working, bathrooms were way too dirty. bedsheets and comforter were used. no one at the property was there to resolve it or take accountability for it.
its better to stay at railway station platform than staying at palm beach resort.
