recently visited palve sugavasam...best ever stay in ooty , my trip was best in ooty and this stay played a crucial role, rooms and clean and friendly staff, food was very nice quality and taste was fabulous, there might be many stays in ooty but this one will bring us closer to nature and make our even more special and safer i highly recommend it to everyone

It was very old and shady room, old construction, not painted and not renovated. It’s not worth the price. Another big mistake was opting for breakfast by paying additional amount, they were starting breakfast at 9am. In a tourist place, who will stay at hotel till 9am, which looks intentional, to reduce number of people who can get breakfast. Ideally it should have been started at 7.30am. Visited Palve Sugavasam two days back after a gap of 03-04 years. Lot of renovation work including additional rooms have been carried out. I enjoyed my stay and food. Good team work and memorable trip. Added one 10 beds room and another family room which can accommodate 30-50 pax. Ideal place for family reunion. They have two huge bqt halls on the top, You will get a picturesque view which will be breath-taking. Ask for rooms which is facing the Tea Garden. Superb view. . Food is also yum. Rooms are big and enjoyed their service. All the best

The hotel location is great but the service is between poor to pathetic. The hotel staff is not enough or management is casual. Plastic bottle is not allowed in Ooty so you need to depend on hotel room service but No hot water/ water provided after 9pm. TATA sky is attached but not working, they didn't resolve the problem even after telling them till the last day. Hot water Geyser is not working properly, only 5 minutes of hot water comes and that too very slow. Poor services and poorly maintained infrastructure.

Hotel was situated in between a residential area (less of other touristy hotels) but just beside a small tea estate. The hotel felt slightly costlier for the bare minimum facility of a room (no toiletries or Wi-Fi given as well, other aminities like fireplace, bon fire, etc are also not available).The staff was friendly for the most part & accomdative. Difficult to reach without own car. Cab or auto will cost a fortune to reach here & there is nothing close by like restaurant, convenience store.

The door was not having proper lock. we had to adjust in a way and lock it. room not even worth for 500 rs. They sold us at 2500+ rs.
