disappointing experience – not friendly for non-tamil speakers
the hotel is quite average overall. one major issue i faced was the attitude of some staff members. they were very rigid about language—insisting on only english or tamil, and showing an uncooperative attitude when spoken to in hindi. the reception staff, particularly one gentleman from the north-east, was surprisingly rude just because of the language difference. this kind of behavior is quite concerning and not customer-friendly.

Rooms are near and clean but morning breakfast has to be improve ..i went exactly at 9.45 all foods are in chill condition .tea also too warm

hotel rooms are neatly maintained. service is also very good. Food quality needs some improvement. especially during dinner food is not up to the mark. concentration is given to the Bar attached to the hotel. pl improve the quality of food supplied at dinner. Food is little bit costly also.
