Overall experience is good.
Friendly staffs.
Neat and clean rooms and wash rooms.
Food and liquor from restaurants is also good.
But ,not worthy.
I ordered fried rice, unfortunately that don't have good taste.
Rooms can be accessed by lift or Steps

Only one towel provided
There is no room service available. When we call the reception they ignore as
There was heavy rain outside and it was very cold but when we asked for the blanket they said that they dont have a blanket so they can't provide it
After so much time they gave me a bedsheet It was a horrible experience for me

Had a wonderful stay. Nice well maintained rooms. Staff are also well spoken and behaved. Prime location. restaurants, pharmacy, hospital, ATM etc are in walking distance.
