The rooms are not spacious. No drinking water and soap supply by the hotel. And also no hot water supply even though they said that hot water is available. No parking space in the hotel. You can park your vehicle in front of the hotel. Worst experience during my stay.

The hotel room was ok but not worthy of the price.
We even found cockroaches on the bed and in the rooms.
I got my room changed because of cockroaches and found the same in the changed room also.
The location is good due to proximity to airport and other amenities like market, park etc. But they need to improve the hygiene situation of the rooms.

My wife almost died due to electric shock which was because of negligence of the hotel staff as an electric cable ruptured and fell on the piping system and the water gun of the commode in the toilet was electrified and the hotel staff knew about this and decided to not call a professional to fix it and rather made a bell boy inappropriately handle the situation. Also there was no ventilation in the non-ac rooms. There were no windows in the Non-AC rooms. This is worst hotel experience we have ever had.

No doubt the stay was comfortable with great helping hands if the hotel staff, but unfortunately they didn't provide towel and toileteries.I booked a non AC room from 07.09.23 to 08.09.23,.
