I have stayed in my life at one of the worst hotels .
interior is not good.
The food quality was very Bad.
The room was not clean .

The towel was dirty and lying on the floor when we entered the room and the staff was initially not accepting the price.The food was good.But staff behaviour was less pleasing.

Lazy staff, dirty pillows, dirty bath tower, dirty foot mat towel, no hand towel was given, empty hand wash, filthy poop smell in bathrooms coming out, unfixed gyeser, confused staff, no clarity on food menu as there was a food items called Tandoor Platter but two different rates were given, staff was not aware of the differences, still construction work is going on seems security compromised, reception area is set in basement, considering all these things, charges are so high. Not to consider for stay at all.

Newly built....Neat & Clean....Superb hospitality....People including Guard are very humble and co operative. Food quality is really great. Best area to stay in near civil lines and this is situated at the right place.
This hotel ticked all right boxes. Great Management Picasso...
