Rooms were neat and clean. View from the room is just terrific. Wifi was available with decent speed. (around 10-20mb speed) I dint face much of power issues since i stayed here for just one day. No hot water facility. You need to walk for 10mins from parking space.

The experience was awesome! The view from the cottages are very beautiful especially the sunsets and also the manager of the hotel was so helpful and caring , his name is happy. we enjoy so much , if anyone is thinking coming to Goa , can try staying at the pitruchaya's cottages , near arambol beach .

Very bad. Strongly Not recommended for couples. Smelly rooms and worst bed. Beach views are not good. Not secured. No Bike or Car parking, You need to walk with your luggage for more than 10min to reach this place. Worst experience for couples. No public transport to this area and you need to travel 2hrs from candolim or Baga which are famous and good spots of goa beaches.

no geyser no two wheeler vehicle parking should walk from parking to room is about 1.80 km . scary dark roads while going to room.

wrost experience and fans not workingworst place if you visit north goa stay to baga or Calangute beach banda bhi kharab h owner .saman mhenga milta h toilet bhi kharab h flush nhi hota proper.light nhi h network nhi aate idharroom service koi nhi aata.free wifi nhi milta.
