visit 21nov 2024 don't book this hotel, they are fraud committed, if your package includes breakfast then your money got wastage, they only offer two piece small idly and two no small uthappam, only they have free option, others all are chargeable minimum 200 rupees start, no north Indian during breakfast, no single thali they provided you have to order minimum two if you are single too, room service is horrible.. please check your food bill, my bill was 690 they mentioned 728, most of people not looking that

This was an average experience. Good Things: Location of the hotel is good, Govt botanical garden is at a walking distance and other tourist places like Rose Garden, Ooty lake, Thread Garden, Dodda Betta Peak are within 3 to 8 kms away. Reaching the hotel was easy, parking was okay, rooms were fine, the food from the in-house restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet served good South Indian food. Hotel was in an nice location ... I had booked an room with Bfast , they had provided an standard menu - On 1 st day no buffet provided and no extra dish we need to order once and they refused to take the order too, since they cant provide it on the table. On the 2nd Day Buffet was available with empty dishes and we need to remind them to bring each item every-time . Please dont book bfast along with the package they give priority to the customers who comes directly and pay to the restaurant , s ...more

SERVICE NOT WELL ,NO ONE CAN SUPPORT FOR ANYTHING WANT, ROOM SERVICE VERY VERY BAD, MY REVIEW ABOUT BREAKFAST VERY VERY BAD , RESTAURANT SERVICE AND FOOD VERY VERY BAD, I THINK NO ONE CAN TAKE BREAKFAST BECAUSE ONE GLASS WATER ALSO TAKEN YOU NOT WAITER GIVES YOU, SERVICE VERY VERY POOR AND MANY RESTRICTIONS ABOUT ELECTRICITY AND WATER.THATS FIRST TIME I SAW THIS HOTEL OOTY.VERY VERY BAD SERVICE OF SERVICE.

This place is located very close to the botanical garden and Tibetan market. This is the biggest advantage. Rooms are average. The milk and coffee sachets were used already and they hadn't replaced. Don't expect too much from staff as they have frequent tourists and we are just one among them. Staff here can Converse in kannada and English. Restaurant is good.

A very bad hotel we checked in and by immediately we looked for another hotel and checked out as it's really unclean and building all full damaged and could see dirty in spread restrooms ,flies n roomAs we couldn't stay there for a minute to we booked for and once checked in immediately we moved out by looking of some other good hotels. really not worth fr money just 1500 is Max high fr room provided

I had the worst experience here. The room service was not satisfactory. Rooms were not hygienic.There was rat running around all night in the room. When we approached the staff with a complaint they didn't take it seriously.
