Day by day this hotel is deteriorating service and cleanliness and attitude of staffs is the main concern here.
Room are very small compared to price.Hotel Nandan and Hotel Atithi are far better than this.
Only saviour is the food.Breakfast spread is also nice.

Room service and housekeeping Services were bad. You have to wait for an hour for extra bed. Didn’t provide the dental care for all the customers even though you informed the housekeeping. Too expensive for the service they provided.lift was out of service and had to climb till 6th floor. Horrible experience

Amenities are of average quality.
I had a bitter experience. It was total darkness during the first one hour of chek in due to power failure. Initially I was allotted one room but later after three hours they again shifted me to another room citing power issues. However, the staff are polite and friendly.

It's a good hotel wotg excellent location. But extremely poor maintainence. Food is okay but need to finish the rooms and bathroom. Only the reception area is gorgeous
