1) for the room service less attendants available. 2) small cocroaches are there in the room.3) kitchen smell or odour remains in the room.4) bedsheets & pillow covers should be added new ones.

Ok type hotel. Not much to expect but it is not cheap hotel. Service is poor. Stayed 4 nights but was given a horrible room. They did not provide me a changed room inspite of requesting several times as ac was not working well and there was some bugs in the bed. Stay only if you need to. Sheets would not have been washed for weeks same for blanket

stay was good. staffs were gentle and ready to help. restaurant food was a bit pricey. size of room was small when compared with the charges.

Pros: Well connected to Bangalore North locality(2)Decent room and bedsCons: (1)Very poor WiFi service, (2) No warm water supply 24/7,(3) Power outages for 15-20mins at times(4) There is a restaurant below but very slow service and average taste. Prefer to order food from outside(5) There is a decent dining area, but denied access for breakfast(restaurant authorities said it will be allowed only after12.30pm). Overall an average experience

Room was not clean . Ac was not working properly . Bed was not made correctly. Food was good .
