Good hotel, BUT they won't let you use the lift for moving. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Imagine the ordeal everytime we had to come down and then climb all the way to our rooms. On asking, we were told that the lift was not for guests. Strange? Isn't it?. Rooms were ok, but intercom was not working. Hot water was available. Advantage is the proximity to the railway station and communication is available to most of the places. Would have rated 4 stars , but the lift issue is a serious one.

Horrible staff, dirty bedsheets and blankets, no toiletries provided, no power backup, mosquitoes, no tv reception. All in all a horrible experience.

I got to know that you people are partners with lodges too. Such a worse experience I ever had before.Harsh and rude receptionist ,shabby rooms, noisy single cots, no towels, soap, no service at all. We did not sleep the whole night. Recommend goigibo to visit the hotel and take a call.
