excellent hotel. dinner buffet was not there but the limited menu was also great.
top notch staff behaviour.
rooms are vintage rooms. classy yet elegant.
bathrooms somehow need maintenance. drainge clearing issue is there in the shower area.

it was our 2nd stay there, a lot has changed since last year, with mixed experience I'm rating 4* . Last year we found an insect in my Thukpa, this year a spider was found on our breakfast table, neither staff nor the manager seedmed bothered with poor pest control facilities. the food and ambience scores good obviously, but hygiene should be better in a property of this category
