This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights – and let me tell you, it was a complete waste of money.Terrible service, overpriced food, and broken facilities. One of our rooms didn’t even have a working intercom or a functioning flush tank. When we raised concerns, the staff was never available or simply refused to help. my experience is okay okay, there is no hot water available. phone in some rooms didn’t work. the floor of the room was wet all the time. room is small according to price.

Rain Raga Resort is located very close to Mahabaleshwar bus stand yet it was far from the madding crowd.
Room was big and had balcony with a view .
Pool is small but good . Amenities are less but overall good.

Hotel and food is very good, close to Market area. Cost at online website and hotel desk is quite different. Try call hotel desk before online booking.

property is overrated. the facility and ambience is as good as the lodge. too costly for the class. untrained staff. no emergency lights. black out till generator starts.

Location of the resort is absolutely great! All the staff and managers are very polite and their service is beyond satisfaction. The resort is very well maintained. Swimming pool and game zone made the stay more pleasant and also the quality and quantity of food is Very Good.

there was no toilet roll kept and after telling them the second time they kept it. the garden area for the kids is not maintained, the slide is rusted and the seesaw is broken. the stay at this property was going OK until the last day when the person in charge requested my wife to shift to another property of theirs in market area as he was upgrading our room. Unfortunately he managed to convince her and then we had packed our things and gone to their other hotel after getting delayed for break ...more
