if you are planning for your family vacation this is best resort in Igatpuri does resort has a very unique identification that is nature view
food quality is very good and the best part of this resort is the staff at the receptions are very helpful

It's not a resort it's a hotel for marriages.
so please book carefully
1) So phones in the room to call for any service, you have to go to reception for basic needs
2) No water thermo cattle available
3) No room service
4) The restaurant is far enough to walk and go.
5) total waste of money and time

Intercom ki suvidha nahi he, 5 se 6 bar Call karne par bhi koi call received nahi karta he, AC ka remote nahi chal Raha he, TV me recharge nahi karte, poor room service

I declared this has my second home the food was very good the best part of this is what the swimming pool where my kids really enjoyed a lot adventure was very good and other best part was the staff hospitality towards the guest it is like a home away from home.

stay experience: rooms were good but some issues like door lock broken, ac leakage.
food was good.

Third class experience. Rooms aren’t cleaned, the room that was allocated to us was a shady one. No shower in bathroom, no toiletries, absolutely waste of money. Oyo rooms are better equipped and well maintained

from my room the atmosphere look very pleasant and the view from my room was best I really enjoyed the stay swimming pool was very good and very use adventure was best one of the best family resort in Igatpuri I have ever visited
