worst hotel service experienced i have ever faced rude staff and unprofessional staff specially used abusive tone while talking they are showing fake amenities and services which are not available in hotel actually and when you ask questions to staff they misbehave with you...fake amenities mentioned in online not having facilities mentioned in online platforms they should be sued for doing fake promises .they have denied refunding my amount even i have not stayed in the property and misbehaved there staff with me and i have not gotted any online support too

Room is very small with no windows/ventilation, which feels suffocated . most of amenities mentioned are on chargeable basis. gym / Jacuzzi both are on chargeable basis that too of high price of /-. location of hotel is on highway, off to Bhopal City. not recommended for stay.

Best Hotel In Bhopal, Good Room Size is Big, Room service is very Good, Parking facilities are available, garden available. Overall is very Good Hotel. reception person are very Nice.

all the staffs behaviour was very nice especially Mr. Rahul Singh loved the hotel I enjoyed my stay. will refer to friends and family as well, whenever I'll b going Bhopal I'll check in the same hotel the food was delicious
