Very dirty and age old rooms. Pathetic ambience and lighting. Horrible washroom. Breakfast was equally disappointing. Will never ever stay in any Ramada property.

hotel location was amazing, very near to the city and key attractions. hotel staff was very polite and service was good. the food is decent here and a good value for money. views from the hotel are mesmerising as it overlooks the backwaters whilst giving a nice view of the rising sun. the room was decent with adeuate facilities (however there is no fan, which was bit of a disappointment at first but manageable considering the overall climate of alleppy during october).

Booked room for 1night stay from goibibo and it was the best experience ever. All the staff members are very polite. The food was delicious. Overall the best experience I have ever taken.

We booked the lake view room, but it wasn't, given that trees were blocking all the view and from a North Indian's perspective, the food was just okay. It was good, we enjoyed swimming pool time and the markets nearby.

it was not upto the mark as they have worms in the bathroom, hair on bedsheet and the wardrobe handle were broken, electrical switches were not working . hotel management needs to take some strict action against it as being a good brand in international market it was not upto the mark
