firstly they told me that there is no booking, when I asked to check your records then he saw my confirmed booking.Staff is untrained, even don't know how to handle the guest.Food quality is poor. They don't have enough material in kitchen. If you order anything then they go mkt to purchase item and then make food for you.. they took 2 hrs post order for dinner. There are so many mismanagement... better to find other option.Untrained staffFood quality poorNot enough material in kitchen.
