This is not family hotel. Not recommended for family stay. Very poor service. 1 st Denied to give room at 12 noon then after argument gave room in near by hotel.

1) Experience at hotel was very bad.2)Manager gave us classical rooms but we have booked deluxe rooms and that rooms were not also cleaned well. 3) Staff was very rude and non cooperative. 4) At the time of check out he wanted Rs. 100 extra from the hotel bill as tax. He told that the tax is charged when you do payment. 5) He didn't allow us to check in on time, he gave us room on 3 p.m. and told that you have to check out 11 a.m. but we have booked rooms for 24 hrs. 6) He took our original IDs ...more

bad service,
blanket provided is very thin and summer style in this severe winter and denied to provide extra blanket, drinking water not available, if breakfast is included in booking, they told to provide only 1 prantha and many more problems
