Pros: The location is great on the Road to Nainital at Dolmar.
Rooms are clean, washrooms are clean.
Staff is nice and very respectful.
Cons: Food is Average

clean, sanitized rooms with all the appliances working. cooling was great in the room. quiet, peaceful night stay with family.
the staff is very polite and helpful. the chefs and the cooking department put in a lot of effort which resulted in tasty and delicious food.
looking forward to visiting again. 👍🏻

very Good Service and Food quality. GM Mr.Abbas Raza was very good and cooperative. All the staff's behaviour was very good. locations is perfect between Nainital and Haldwani.

Worst service .Rooms are just ok but u can find better at this price that too near nainital.They provide water in the name of Complimentary drink. The breakfast included in the package keeps on delaying from 7 am in morning to 9am and on . Just pathetic if u are travelling with elderly people or diabetic patients.

Our stay was awesome..courtesous staff with best hospitality..d resort is bit far off from main city but if you are looking to rejuvenate urself,its a perfect place to be
The food was good though the spread was not great..pool was clean although the pool chairs were dirty and torn..the premises is huge and well maintained..Overall a pleasant and memorable stay for us
