It's highly overpriced for what it offers. Ceilings in the corridors are very bad and are leaking rain water. Amenities are very basic and not worth the price asking for. location is good and close to restaurants. Parking space is good.

I had a very unpleasant stay at Royal MM Abode. The room was extremely unhygienic—the bed was stained and looked like it hadn’t been changed in days, and the floors were filthy. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this hotel. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially families

With the exception of the Host....the stay ws real disappointing...the comode seat cover & the table was broken, the geyser was not working with no hot water and worse the noise out side our room was just unbearable and very very disturbing.
This is not how a room and surrounding shud be. Not as expected

The rooms were great and we had a wonderful stay. The receptionist and caretakers were helpful and helped us plan our ooty trip and arranged the same for us. The hot water was taking longer than expected, which was the only drawback. Furthermore, the rooms did not have a fan, AC or heater.

the room and surroundings was not good
need to clean more. no dustbin in rooms. and no curtains to stop light (blinds is there, but the light from verandah is entering to room) and the door is having gaps, flies in rooms.
the bed and comforts are not fresh. its not washed.

the room was ok but the water facility is very bad we have to ask them every time that no water is coming in toilet and for bathtub they are not providing bath salt and bath oils so no use in having jacuzzi
