The hotel is not suitable for families. Beer bottles were openly kept on the stairs, which created an unpleasant environment. Drinking mineral water was not provided, despite being mentioned. Basic amenities like glasses and plates were also missing from the room. Additionally, we had to wait for 30 minutes in the reception cabin because the room was not ready and needed to be cleaned. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
