Ekdam Bakvas hotel, not provided room as per booking, water supply was so slow to complete routine tasks, staff behavior was not at all good.. tea kettle was not working even after repeatedly called, came at midnight, still can't do, shifted, and intercom point have to use for same, room was not clean.. Horrible stay, room was so small.. Hotel room was too dirty.. staff is not cooperative..

breakfast was tasteless
room interior was nice but it pulled the smell of kitchen the moment we put on exhaust of bathroom

check in time was 12:00 but they kept us waiting upto 01:00 and behaviour of staff was very rude.

Excellent experience to stay here, Location of hotel is very good in central of city, staff behaviour are appropriable, cleanness and food service are also nice
